I would like to know as well. Many years ago, 20+, I fished there and when I wanted to return I was told, by someone on this forum, it was privately owned.

If this is Goodrich Creek in Lassen County, DFG indicates they will be stocking the Lower section (south of Hwy 36 according to their map) for the next 4 weeks. Maybe this means that the lower section is public?
