What is wrong with this website?

For the past 6 weeks every time I click into a thread, I get the wheel of death for about 40 seconds then get timed out and have to click to reload. After a reload the link works.

Been having the same problem for months too.

My cache, cookies, and browsing history are automatically cleared once a week (midnight every Sunday to be precise). This is the only site with an issue.
