Andy knows the entire length of the American from the mouth all the way up to Sailor Bar.

He knows where every 30# plus Striper was caught on a fly in the past 30 years.

Going out with Andy on the LAR in his jet boat is an amazing adventure.

He fished the river extensively with Joe Shirshac who fly fished the America for over 60 years.

To do what Andy has done you had to be single, worked in a fly shop near the river and fished it more than anyone else.

Andy said there are a good number of Steelhead in the river because of the cool water temp.
