This was from last summer. This wasn't that far from Burney Falls. The lions do put a big dent in the deer population up here in Eastern Shasta. And the bears are zoomed in on the fawns and the young ones also. Our deer population is way down, bad winter, cars wiping out the fawns on highways and the predators on top of the food chain
