    Default Fyi-ar stripers

During our stop at Gristmill on Saturday during Kiene's AR Shad Orientation Event, the parking lot was filled with boats and fishermen having some kind of outing. I saw one fisherman carrying a stringer of five or six stripers in the twenty to twenty five inch range. The good news is that there are obviously a good number of stripers in the lower river now. Go get them!

By the way, we still have several spots open for Saturday's (May 20) Shad Clinic so give me a call or email me.

Greg Vinci knows a lot about fly fishing the entire state of California and more.

He is modest and a great guy and is at Kiene's Fly Shop and also keeps up the fishing reports.

Greg use to have a company with lots of cool fly fishing accessories called "Sierra Pacific."

Greg also wrote a good book on fly fishing California:
