I was born on March 25, 1945, at the end of World War II.

My dad was still in the US Navy, stationed on Palmyra Atoll near Christmas Island fixing aircraft coming back from the South Pacific.

Our parents, the Great Generation, and grandparents, the Silent Generation, lived through the Great Depression and World War II.

Maybe this is why we Baby Boomers hoard stuff so much.

Thanks for the good wishes my old friends.

So glad to see you enjoying the opportunities Florida offers. Having Steve to keep you entertained must be a plus too.

Yes, Steve ties all our flies now.

Steve has the larger new 18' bay boat and I have the smaller new 15' skiff for little shallow places.
