    I’ve also been looking to get a packable float tube for backcountry lakes this summer. Seems like either the wilderness lite or the scadden outlaw aircraft. Wilderness lite is slightly less money and has a good package deal with packable fins. The scadden boat looks a little nicer to me, but I have some reservations about buying a boat from him as I’ve read ithe customer service can be rough with people having a difficult time getting replacement parts etc, in fact theres many, very long threads on washington fly fishing forum about this and its kind of scared me off buying one of his boats.

    I have an Outcast Trinity float tube. It came with a small backpack that fit the tube/pump and fins with a little space left for gear. Weighed in at 7 pounds. However, I don’t think Outcast makes it any longer, but if you can find a used one, it’s a great pack tube.
