The Inside Angler magazine/newsletter - complete from March 1999 to July 2002, missing March '02 (20 issues). Mike and Christine Fong published this fly fishing newsletter chronicling their fishing trips in their VW Wesfalia across the western US and also some tropical trips. Each volume focuses on three fisheries and is about 25 pages long in total. There are comprehensive articles on each fishery - which flies, access points, lodging, when to fish, etc. - $15 for local pick-up or can ship at your cost.
