I'll have an updated report on the Yuba tomorrow on the Kiene's Fishing Report page.

I fished above the 20 Bridge today and had a first! no fish, no grabs, didn't see a fish, not a single rise or flash, nada. It was like fishing in a swimming pool. I did see a Skwala and a few other frustrated anglers.
You can't buy happiness, but you can buy new fly fishing gear and that usually does the trick.

Flows have been dropping. Might have had an effect on the bite?

Same here. Covered a ton of water and didn't see anyone hook anything. I definitely believe it was drop in flows. I've found that flood years also tend to have slower fishing as well at least until mid March. But you go when you can go.

Nice deep blue with a visibility of around 3ft. Good enough for the fish to see our flies but still be comfortable.
