    Default FS: Scott Sector 9' 9wt - $600

    --SOLD--

I have a Scott Sector 9' 9wt 4 piece rod for sale. The cork is mostly clean without a lot of grime. All sections look to be in good shape. No ferrule issues or other concerns as far as I can see. At the bottom of the grip, the cork does have three very small areas without material. This could be the way the rod came from Scott or a previous owner might have done it. Either way, I don't think they are much of a concern for growing but wanted to mention it. The Rod tube has scratches and shows more use than the rod but being black, that isn't too surprising. Overall, I'd rate this rod to be very good. It's not new and it hasn't been abused.

Please reach out with any questions. I am happy to try and answer them. Price is $600 shipped CONUS.

9'#9 in 4 pc is a very popular size fly rod for Permit, small Tarpon, Jacks, Roosterfish, Dorado, Stripers, salmon, and Trevally.

A top-of-the-line Scott fly rod at $1,045.00 new.

**I have landed 80# Tarpon on my 9 weights.

Yes, this rod will most likely get you an 80# tarpon, too. And a 40# permit. (Thanks, Bill!)

    Plus, its now $550!

    Be well,
    Adam

It is a lovely casting rod but doesn't match my casting stroke. I think I've just become too accustomed to very fast rods like the One and now the Igniter. It'll make someone very happy.
