Joseph Sparks, Pleasanton-Fort Bragg - Obituary

In our local paper today.
I met Joseph just one time on a local river and I knew he loved to fish but I am afraid I did not know exactly how much he loved it!
Maybe those of you in the Bay Area knew him better from his days around Pleasanton and the Tri-Valley Flyfishers.
