    Like new Orvis H3D 10’ 7wt. Small scuff on reel seat, otherwise like new. Asking 700 or best offer.

    For single hand 10' fly rods buying the high end or top of the line makes sense.


    They tried 10' single hand rods ~30 years ago and they were just too heavy.

    The G.Loomis IMX and GLX 10' 2 piece series were the first 10' single hand fly rods that were light enough.



    These Orvis Helios fly rods are super light.

    With a new full length single hand Spey line this would be a good steelhead rod.

    Bill, I agree. I bought it with the intention of that, along with Pyramid Lake shore fishing. It just doesn’t see as much use as a rod like this should. I think it’s been out twice!
