    Default Swinging wet flies?

Anyone swing wet flies with a sink tip?
I do a lot of streamer fishing, some times those just are not working and I only take one rod with when I go to my local rivers.
Thinking I should load up a small box of wet flies with my streamers....

    Welcome to the Forum

No problem swinging wets and streamers with sink tips. We always used sinking lines (shooting heads) when swinging Comets for steelhead on the CA north coast rivers. Today, many (most?) Spey Skagit heads use sink tips.

You bet you can! If it's something tied up to be used for fly fishing, you can swing it!

I don't even bother with a sink tip. On a dreary day when the small BWOs and stuff are coming off, a soft hackle with a mono leader swung in the film will get you all the grabs you want. Same at dusk in a thick caddis or PMD hatch.
