Default WTB: 8'6" 4wt (Hardy, Orvis, Scott, Sage)

Looking for a small stream 4wt

Ideally a Hardy Zephrus, or Zenith. Orvis H3F or Scott radian 8'6" also of interest but may be beyond my budget.

If anyone has something that isn't getting any use, please get in touch

In small rods for classic dry fly fishing in the high end Winston probably dominates.

That is a wonderful size rod..........."on Rock Creek".

If you go to one of the fly fishing shows you might be able to cast them all.

How much money are you looking to spend? I have a 8' 4 weight 2 piece Winston Tom Morgan Favorite for sale.

    Garlech,

Just when I talk myself into selling something I can't find the entire package I'd like to offer you.
What I have is a SAGE 490 RPL 2 piece with tube. It's like new without a scratch. I'm the original owner of both.
Along with this rod I have a J.Ryall reel with a #4/5 Wulff Triangle Taper floating line, also in mint condition. Now, if I can find it I also have a second spool for the J.Ryall with a sinking line that I used to use for Kokonee up at Boca Resv, above Truckee. Great for trolling in the pram.

The one problem I see is your location "New Zealand" The shipping would cost more than I'd want for the rod and reel both.
    Stay in touch if interested,

That is an iconic model, especially in Montana for small stream classic dry fly fishing.

I think it is the "one" that David Armocido fishes with, exclusively.
