Not very fly fishing related, but here is the link to my 2000 Tacoma 4x4 if any of you or anyone you know would be interested.

I will be curious what this sells for with as many miles. $11,000? I paid that much for a 2008 with 90K on it. Starting to feel good about my purchase, after replacing brakes & calipers, rear wheel bearings and had torn seat reupholstered/repaired. Used cars seem to hold their value if you can get that much for it. Good luck.

Times have certainly changed back in 1982 I bought a 1971 GMC one-ton with 120k on it for $1,000. That was a good truck, not for gas milage but, very reliable and comfortable, hauled a lot of firewood with that truck. Sold it several years later with over 200k for $500 to buy a 71 CJ5 with 90k miles, a v6 and big tires for $800.

Ive been seeing first gen tacoma trd 4x4s with 270,000 miles for 15-17 k on CL bay area. Disgusting and absurd, but thats what people are asking for them at least in this part of the country. I think there are plenty of tech bros in silicon valley that will think nothing of that, so people charge that much. Same reason why rent up here has gotten out of control. At any rate, mines got 215,000 miles, id take 10 for it. Would like to get at least what i paid for it, 10, considering ive put over 7 grand into it. Recently got a 2006 trd with 139,000 miles for 15k and felt like that was a steal in this used car market. Happened to see the ad minutes after it was posted

I've been offered $43,500 for my Tacoma TRD 4x4 Sport. I paid $36,590 15 months ago. It had 17,852 miles when I bought it and now it has 24,861. Its good for a few more miles
    I love my TRD

My girlfriend has a similar model to this, but 1996, with 95k original miles, manual 5 speed with the V6. Must be worth gold. What a great truck - but no miles on it because we take my 2013 Subaru Outback for nearly all of our adventures.

I recently paid $8500 for a ‘99 4Runner with 240k on it. That was in Idaho. This is CA. The truck has the small motor buts it’s been rebuilt. This truck has so much left to give I’d say his asking price is pretty fair.
There are few things in life more pleasing than the sublime marriage of form and function that is found in a well crafted fly rod.

I feel lucky- 2 years back i got a 97 4Runner with 190k for 5500, put 2500 in work into it and I really think it might outlive me. Toyota made their name with that vintage- just solid solid vehicles.
