The grand old man of Sacramento fly fishermen is on his final lap. Joe will turn 100 this October. Needs all the prayers 🙏 and well wishes he can get. My pleasure to have known and fished with him over the last 54 years. Truly from the Great Generation.

I have had Joe as one of my best friends for over 50 years as well.

I was just tell Marilyn that I never saw Joe mad or upset.

He always had a smile on his face.

Joe has had a long, wonderful life so I am sure he has no regrets.

He took lots of folks on affordable fly fishing trips all over the world.
