Strung Saddle Hackle

I have 4 bundles of strung white saddle hackle that is 6" to 7" in length. Saddle hackles are measured from the quill end to the tip of the feather. I believe these are 4 ounce bundles since I got 4 bundles to a pound. For those of you who tie a lot of flies that uses saddle hackles this is the way to go, instead of buying packs and packs of hackles. A pound of strung saddle hackles goes for around $180.00 per pound, dyed hackles cost a little more. In the past, I have dyed my own saddles but it got to be a headache trying to keep the temperature of the dye at a consistent level.
