Default Any reports from the upper Sac?

I was planning to hit the lower sac tomorrow, but it's blown out... decided to hit the upper as I'm in the area anyways, but I've never fished it/heard much about it. Anything helps, thanks!

    Default Upper Sac

Upper Sac is fishing fair to slow. Fish are being caught but not in great numbers.
Flows are a little high but not unmanageable.
Water is slightly tinted. Not muddy, just a little dark (tannin stained) here in town, I have not seen the lower reaches but no one is reporting any clarity issues.
I would recommend trying the upper parts of the river flow wise.
Lower reaches are in the 1,000 CFS range which can be a bit tough,
but here in Dunsmuir it is only a a bit higher than normal (maybe 6 to 8 inches or so).
Expect a busy river. Talked to a fishing buddy last night who was at Cantera yesterday afternoon
and he reported lots of other anglers and three fish caught on a October Caddis dry.
Considering the status of most of the other rivers around, the Upper is in pretty good shape.

P.S. "chaining up" ? no snow issues, lots of rain though.
