Evening on a little pond in Platte, South Dakota was fun.

Fished the last hour with medium poppers on a small local pond.

Caught some small LMB and almost got a bull frog too.

Had a 5# bass on for two good jumps and then it went into a downed tree.


Lots of small mouth bass in the dammed up Missouri river near here too.

The River is kind of like fishing a long, deep reservoirs.

Lots of catfish and Walleye Pike too.
