On the phone Bob Grace at Ted Fay Fly Shop said "late May" should be good.

He said it is still a little high and cold now.

Upstream nymphing in the pocket water all day and then dry fly in the late afternoon/evening.

In the Spring we use 2 size 12 nymphs with 3x tippet or 2 size 14 nymphs and 4x tippet depending on the flow/clarity.

Bob will have the right flies and good info about what part of the river to fish.
