Problems with the EKKO 22A: MSRP is $175,000- $185,000 (above market?); it does not have black or gray water tanks only a removable 5 gallon cassette waste tank; plus it has a wet shower (shower/toilet is one room). Winnebago announced a larger version, took orders and 3mos later abruptly cancelled it.
Look at these 2 for comparison:
Leisure Travel Vans - Wonder RTB: MSRP loaded is around $148,000. They pioneered the rear cargo garage in a Class C (B+) in 2018. 2021 model is Ford Transit AWD gas while 2019 & 2020 were Ford Transit turbo diesel.
I was impressed by this RV. Shell is one piece to minimize leaks plus build quality & design are exceptional. Very few complaints on online forums.
Solar and lithium add-ons are expensive, so online forums recommend going to AM Solar near Salem, OR for aftermarket- they are RV experts in solar. Online forums state AM Solar can fit 1200 watts solar panels plus 600aH to 800aH of lithium batteries with necessary electrical controllers.
for 2021 model: https://youtu.be/ZR8IG3UBfmg?t=12
Coachmen CrossTrek 20xg- MSRP loaded is around $115,000. Rear queen bed is on a platform & can raise or lower to change the height of the rear cargo garage. I thought everything looked cheap. Online forums blast the poor build quality especially in solar/charger/batteries and bad fit of appliances. But at that price, you could have all the solar/batteries upgraded aftermarket and replace or re-fit appliances.
I have been researching these with plans to buy post Covid-19. At present both LTV and EKKO have long lead times.

We have a 2011 Winnebago 24' View Class C Mercedes V6 turbo diesel small motor home....16 mpg on the flat.
We might upgrade some.......
Posts on online forums are that gasoline powered, 25ft Ford Transit AWD motorhomes get 14-15mpg overall.
Salesman at LaMesa RV in Davis/W Sac said they need more used units because people do not want to wait the long lead time on the better brands.
Good time to sell?... and then buy in 6-9mos when demand drops after Covid-19 when people are selling the units they bought during Covid 19 and used a few times. We are looking to buy next Spring for 4mo trip thru British Columbia.
Friend just got Wonder RTB back from AM Solar with 600aH lithium, 1200watts solar panels & ability to charge batteries on their 2 eBikes plus battery for Torqeedo electric boat motor- said AM Solar is booked until early Dec.
Business seems to be good for RV related companies.
