Hey Jay, Dad and I are down to 1 pram. Still have my 8ft. but selling my 10ft. I had a total reverse shoulder replacement last year, only have 1 muscle doing all the work on the left shoulder, and have had 4 surgery on the right so the 10ft. was too much for me, and dad does not want to fish out of a pram, he is 83, so I get it. Getting ready to take him shad fishing, my little brother is already had 70 fish days. I am still hammering San Luis and Forebay when the winds are down. I am sure you heard Monterey bay has been on fire for salmon. R U still fishing for stripers? It would be great to get u and my dad together one fly fishing for the stripers.

I had a couple guys come in the store and told me about the salmon fishing in Monterey Bay. I wish I could get out there again. I remember those days going out before work, catching a limit then going after work and doing the same thing. At that time, the soldiers club was the hot spot then the Soquel hole.
I still do a little striper fishing over at SL and the Forebay, Casting from a tube is getting to be more and more difficult. I also have a right shoulder that is completely wasted. No gap between the joint and also have a rotator cuff problem. It does and doesn't bother me that much. I don't want to go through the recovery and then only have around 85% usage. My doc showed me the bone replacement that they would put in.
I sold my TPL pram a couple years ago but now I wish I still had it. It was kinda heavy for me to lift. I'm trying to remember where and when I talked to your brother. Is he up in the Sacramento area.
I'd love to fish with you and your dad, let me know
