Default Anderson 1206-4 SS, Full Wood lower FS PRICE DROP

I’ve been consistently reducing my inventory and converting to hunting gear. Building a custom mountain rifle now so this has to go.

I think I bought it around 2011-2012. Beautiful rod, casts smooth and elegant but has the power to cast a tip and larger fly. Has the skagit and scandi tips, and full lower wood grip. Typical sock and tube. I’d give it a 7/10 for condition, a few scratches on the blank but nothing beyond cosmetic. Gary Anderson actually built this one, the company has a different builder now so this could be considered “historic”. Text for pictures and discussion. 5304172818

Ball park price around $400 but make an offer. Not looking to trade for fishing gear

That’s a nice rod. I didn’t realize Gary wasn’t building them any more - with Bob Meiser easing into retirement as well, that’s a big void in Medford...

Gary is still building rods to some extent, but the brand has been transitioned to Charles Gehr
