    Default Bob Quigley’s fly patterns

    SOLD - For sale here is a fly selection containing Bob Quigley’s Fly Patterns, “Deer Hair Spiders” and “No-Ass Paraduns” in Tan and Olive, along with “Parachute”flies. These flies were impeccably tied by a gifted California fly tier who spent summers as a Guide on the Henry’s Fork River in Idaho.     Bill,

    Bob Quigley just might be the best ever Trout fly tyer and Trout guide that ever lived...He certainly had his problems in life, however tying flies and catching Trout wasn't one of them....I miss that guy

    As a Scottish transplant to Bay Area 15 years ago I came across his flies, they're my go to for on the top on Fall River and silver creek Idaho. Just incredibly good patterns.

    Somehow the fish really liked all of Bob's flies.

    He had a lot of friends and admirers.

    He probably got more days on the water than most anyone I know.

    Bob spent his winters in Chili for part of his life.
