    Default Mid-Winter fly fishing opportunities?

Pyramid Lake is one of the hot spots in Nevada now. October through May is the popular timing.

It is the time for Winter Steelhead if you are willing.

I guess a few die hards will be out on the Delta for Stripers.

Low elevation lakes and reservoirs can be good for planted trout all winter.

The Texas and Florida are a good get aways from the cold.

    Hey Bill,
Clearlake and other crappie spots produce all winter and Ryan's F&F should keep one well entertained with the spotted bruisers, especially in the steep sided reservoirs around the state. Thank goodness most all fishes eat baitfish immi's at sometime or we would certainly be hardpressed keeping our boxes supplied.
