Great project that seemingly will benefit the entire area. A goal of 3.5 million acres is impressive.
As long as it gets done I guess it is okay that a bunch of rich, white people pay for it all and tell the locals what the locals need.
Not being cynical, just find it interesting that there are no Natives on staff or on the Board of Directors or on any Advisory group---- especially since it will border 2 different reservations. AND there are not any large ranchers or representatives of state/national ranching groups that are associated with the project.
