    Default Frank's Tract 12/6/2020

Skunked on the striper chase. I fished some of the breaks and riprap on the north end. On the way back to Sugar Barge, the wind came up and I fished the tules on the south end. I caught a half dozen largemouth dinks, which turned out to be fun and saved the day. The water was super clear and temp was about 51F. Lots of waterfowl out.

FYI - I meant to launch out of Antioch Marina and try Broad Slough. Their website says they are closed due to covid stay at home. I didn't go by the marina to physically check though.

Nice picture. You must have a GoPro mounted on the back. I saw a guy with one in a canoe. He had it under voice control. “GoPro on. GoPro take photo. GoPro off.” You are covering a lot of water. I am in Oregon doing some kayak crabbing and the water is about the same temperature.

Yes, that is an inspiring photo.....thanks for the great post.

Some years ago I would be that kind of angler but at 75 I am not that adventurous anymore.

Head to Florida tomorrow to get warm.......

Hey, my outside gauge reads 73 degrees! On the contrary, I would take many of these days in July or August
