Default Fly tying vise and tools?

A friend has a grandson who is excited about tying flies.

Anyone have an old vise and/or tools to donate?

    Thanks.....

    Hey Bill,
I have my original vice which came from a kit from Herter's. It has a C clamp. I also have an old Price vice which has a pedestal. Neither are rotational. I'd be happy to send one of them along if you're vouching for this kid. I have a couple old hackle pliers that I could send along. Unfortunately, no bobbins or scissors or dubbing needles (I make my own with long sewing needles from JoAnns). They'd be mailed from Oregon so just let me know if this is something that would work.

We might already have a vise but I will keep everyone posted.

If it is useful i have a griffin pedestal base if any of the vises above would be a better fit as a pedestal.

Past Kiene's employee, Eugene Graham, had a vice he was not using so he donated it to the cause. All is good now.

Let us know if any youngsters need fly fishing tackle or fly tying equipment because we have people who will help out now.

In the Spring and Summer some us us can spend an hour or so on the water helping anyone with their fly casting.

Anything we can all do to help people have better results is good for our wonderful sport.
