Default 14ft 10/11wt Lamiglas 2 hander with case for sale

I have had this rod for years in the case just collecting dust, I think its only been on the water one time and is pretty much in brand new condition. I just dont have a use for it. I assume it would be great for salmon on the river or striper in the surf, pretty light in the hands for a 14ft rod. The rod case has a little candle wax splatter on it.

Asking $300 OBO + shipping. Can also meet local to Vacaville.

About 20 to 30 years ago the first popular Sage Spey rod was 14' #9/10 in 3 pieces.

From then they all got small and lighter with shorter heads and now most can cast them.

I believe this big rod is for open rivers, with full floating lines, with large flies for big fish.

Doug Duncan uses this size on the Clearwater mid-Sept to mid-Oct for Steelhead with full floating lines.

Be nice on the big rivers in British Columbia for big Steelhead.

This would be great on a big Atlantic Salmon river in Northern Europe.
