I have used Rio outbound short (floating and sinking) lines for all of my bass fishing over the last five years. My 6wt intermediate line needed to be replaced. I love these fly lines. The only problem I've had has been tangling problems with the intermediate line. I fish out of a boat with a stripping bucket and use a small swivel in the leader. Still problems with this line tangling. So I decided to try a Sci Anglers Sonar Titan. I fished with it for a couple of hours today. I had no problems with it tangling. It does have a lighter head 210 grains vs Rio's 235. The sink rate is slightly less at 1.25 vs 1.5 to 2.0. I prefer the heavier head and slightly faster sink rate of the Rio line for bass fishing. But the Sci Anglers line is tangle free and a bit limper. Both are excellent lines.
