Default Interesting and Passionate Reaching Out via Email

Got an email from Bass Pro Shops yesterday. A passionate plea to anglers nationwide regarding COVID-19 restrictions

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L5qDaIA1KjU

Regardless of your opinions...... Too bad Mr. Morris and other leading retailers and fishing/boating manufacturers make similar pleas to rally against the demise of the fisheries in California.

    I know.... blah blah blah.

I personally think most of the leading fishing and boating manufacturers have given up on California.

All anglers and hunters are in this together......we need a healthy ecosystem and access to it.

My bet is that they do not want to have state, or county workers out taking care of the garbage, porta-potties, game enforcement around these fisheries so they just shut it off.

Why don't they explain their thinking or motives for their decisions?

One question to ask on a general level about what "we" together as a society are doing is...."have we lost our minds?".

Covid19 for dummies. California cases per capital. 60 Michigan. 235
California deaths per capital. 1.7. Michigan. 14.9
And Mark Zona can't use his motorized boat for two weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Maybe he could spend the next two weeks digging graves for his fellow Michiganders.
The more motorized boating (just one example) the more non-social distancing. It's true unfortunately that responsible people suffer from the actions of the non-responsible. That's known as reality. We can change how many people die (including health care workers) by being less selfish for a short period of time. If you are offended by that why not instead make yourself useful, go to Michigan, and dig graves.

Per capita. Not capitals. And I don’t understand what 1.7 deaths per capita means?

This Virus is the biggest thing to happen to the World since The Great Depression and World War II which both effected the entire World.

The entire World is coming for Communist China for answers and compensation and ?????

I hope we can get past this someday soon.

We retired folks are pretty lucky because it has not effected us as much as the younger working class.

Economically speaking yes. Health wise not so much.
