One of my best days with my Winston 8'6" #3 in 3 pc was on Stoney Creek north of Sacramento with two Nor Cal guides and dear old

friends, David Armocido and Fred Gordon. We all had our smallest fly rods with dry flies and it was on fire. I think David had an 8 foot

#3 Winston in 2 piece and Fred had a Sage SPL 8'#2 in 2 piece. We all had little Hardy ratchet reels too. It was a total blast......
