Default Sharpes of Aberdeen, spliced bamboo spey rods

So my father, who is close to hanging up his wading boots, owns a couple of Sharpes rods. He is wondering if there is any market for these. It's not something I particularly want to fish but I know there are those that do enjoy the slow powerful action of a bamboo stick.

Has anyone ever fished these, or know if there's a market for them? I know they "were" highly regarded at one stage.

I’d check in with the folks over at Speypages. There are also some classic rod forums out there, but I don’t know much about them. What sizes are the rods?

I think they're 15' and 16' #10 and 11 respectively. Not 100% on that though. He used them for Atlantic salmon but the numbers of Atlantic salmon these days in Scotland is pretty damn poor.
