A 30 plus year veteran drift boat fly fishers friend told me to warn of the use of these new low sided drift boats in other than the flat valley rivers. He fears that in serious rapids on rivers like the Klamath and Rogue could be fatal in those low sided drift boats.

A used 17x60 aluminum fishrite. Like new, it's barely seen the water. I think for the waters i have in mind it will work out perfectly. If not, it will be a nice ornament in my garage

Nicely done, Skyler! I just recently upgraded from a 2 man raft and fishing frame to a drift boat. While the raft handled well it was a little tight on space and lacked the "comfort" of a drift boat. Besides, my wife told me she likes fishing from a boat better than a raft. Enjoy!

Skyler does not mess around. On the 18th he is thinking about a boat and on the 23rd he has one. Nice job. If you need someone to float with send me a PM. I am heading to Bozeman for a week or so where I will not be fishing. If there is snow I will ski the golf course. I also could be watching some basketball - Sac State and the Bobcats.
