Does anyone do oar wrapping in the Sacramento area?

We are looking for someone to wrap some drift boat oars locally.

Not sure if there is anyone in town that wraps oar, but I've rewrapped one of my Cataract SGG and it turned out pretty close to a factory wrap. You'd be hard pressed to determine which which of my oars are factory wrapped or home wrapped. This was a rewrap because factory wrap finally wore out. There are how-to videos online that explain the process. I think Cataract even has a video.
