Not everyone can do this moving because of "existing conditions" like grand kids, aging parents, etc.


If you have snow in the winter you might not go out side much, especially if you are older.

If you have hot summers you might not go out side much either.



For the winters you would move somewhere in the southern part of the United States.

Texas, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina.........suggestions?


For the summers you would move somewhere in the northern part of the US.

Coast of Oregon, Washington, or Idaho, Montana, Colorado, Wyoming........suggestions?



In some places you can buy a fishing shack for $100,000 or a modest home for $200,000.


It would be nice to be comfortable year round when you are older and retired.

It will allow you to be more active and be more healthy.


What do you think about this idea? I do know some folks who do this.


We hate the hot dry summers in the Sacramento Valley.
