Would like to donate pontoon boat

I fished an 8ft Outcast pontoon boat out of a river in Montana about 12 years ago and have never used it. Since I got it for free I would like to find an organization to donate the boat to. I was thinking something along the lines of a youth club or veterans group, but I simply don't know of any in the Sacramento area.

The boat is missing its oars and the straps that hold the bags onto the boat are torn up and need something to secure them properly. It does have a pump, a small anchor, and a rod holder. Overall the boat is in very good condition and has no leaks.
