    That sounds like you need a size 12 to me if you wear socks and neoprene booties inside.

    Have what ever socks, booties or waders on your feet before you try on boots.

    Also don't get them tight......


    Now you have many different bottoms on those bots.

    Felt

    Felt w/studs

    Synthetic

    Synthetic w/studs


    They have permanent studs or screw in studs.

    Thanks Bill. I can’t go felt as South Dakota is one of the few states where felt is illegal. I had a forum member contact with a good used pair which is what I was looking for.
