Space rent is reasonable and elect. is metered, I fill the 50 Gal. propane tank every other year. Furnished except pots/pans, dishes, and linens. NOT in town, nice quiet atmosphere. Can be moved.

New ones start approx. $39K and up, with no deck, deck cover, shed, metal roofs, HVAC etc. everything is an option now so I can't quote exactly what the price would be today. A friend just bought one for $62K and it's a studio style (no bedroom).
