Many of these reels came of Redditch by JW Young and were made for various manufactures, Sage, Diawa, Shakespeare, etc. Does this one have the spool that is part plastic? With that being said, the inner section of the spool. Great little clicker of a reel with rim control for palming and a good check, solid and can take a beating. I have the Sage 108 m that i use on a 4wt. trout spey. You could probably fetch around $80+ for it being never used. I would keep it in the family and fish it. Could have some good MOJO!!!

Depending on year made, it could be a Young Beaudex or 1530 re-badged. The value is about right.
"For years, every time he stopped at the house to collect his paper money, it was the same routine. The old man in the wheelchair would ask him how he'd like it if he took him fishing and showed him a few things. He always said he'd like that.
When the old man finally passed away, his wife gave the kid a box of flies. He has them today, tucked away in a closet, never to be fished."
