    Default Mud as a Line cover ????

    hers is a Short video on Dry fly fishing ..Looks like a Pond of sorts
    His tip was something new to me
    he uses Mud to cover up the line as so it won`t be seen by the fish.
    is this new or am i getting Old fast?????

    I have been mentioning mud on my posts for many years. If your leader sits on the meniscus or surface tension, it creates a shadow that is large enough that a fish may refuse....
    The Brits use "Fullers earth"...
    I use Loon Snake River Mud.
    It is your highnoon/Clearwater fix.
