Pollard Flat, one of my favorite areas to fish on the Upper Sac. What a shame. And all of these fires, human caused.

These fires never seem to end! Beware also that the 395 between Topaz and Bridgeport is closed or restricted due to fire at Sonara Junction called the Boot Fire.

My sister lives in Anderson. She said that the schools were closed yesterday due to smoke. Individuals with Breathing problems are warned to stay inside. I'm thinking the Universe is mad at California.

And most of the West, and BC, and, and, and...

Been a terrible year for fires, but hey at least we aren’t being slammed by hurricanes, or volcanic eruptions.

Yup! I'm thinking Northern California is probably pretty safe from Hurricanes, I wouldn't bet against the volcanos though.
