    Default Spey-Gee Resort @ Weitchpec

Planning a trip to the lower Klamath in September. Considering staying at this place, http://klamathriveradventures.com

Just wondering if anyone on this board has stayed here in the past and can provide info on this place.

I have stayed there a few times and have hired Tom as a guide once. . Accommodations are nice, not much access to the river at the lodge. If you are looking for a guide Tom is great and can get you into parts of the river that are not accessible any other way. He is not a fly guy so if you are looking for help with casting or presentation he is limited but knows the river as well as any one.
Fishing is always good, the catching may not be.

    Peter,
A great investment is the StreamTime map for the Klamath. Under $10, if memory
serves me. Kiene and The Fly Shop both carry the map series.
