Would anyone provide some info on conditions? Looking to take my son for his first outing up there. Conditions dependent, Strawberry area or up higher towards Kennedy Meadows... He is a complete rookie, so hoping to be a good guide and keep him safe and connect him to some fish.

I think by June the conditions will be better for stream trout at mid-elevations.
