Most everyone focused on fishing for Springers so the Shad go unnoticed. Same for Walleye and Small Mouth Bass.

I was told that the fisheries folks predict a huge run of salmon on the Rogue River this summer/fall.

Sure sounds good that a non native species like Shad are doing well on the Collumbia. I know that the native Sturgeon are eating well on the Shad heading down river
