    Default My Customer Support Experience With Outcast / Aire

    Without getting mired in the details, I purchased Outcast's OSG Stealth Pro a while ago and it was defective.

    I returned the item on an RMA. The product was repaired, but did not meet my expectations. I shot this video to explain the issue to them: https://youtu.be/OtH2e1gwplw.

    They agreed that the repair was sub-standard and IMMEDIATELY dropped a brand new replacement boat in the mail minutes after receiving the above video.

    The true litmus test for a brand is how they resolve customer service issues like mine. I'll continue to do business with Aire/Outcast and wanted to share my experience with you guys too.

    Quite a few years ago I had an Outcast Fishcat that had a slow leak. I found that one of the bladders had a leak at one of the seams. When I contacted Outcast, they asked me to mail the bladder to them so that the could see the problem but they sent me a new bladder for free. I appreciated the fact that I wouldn't have to buy a new float tube so I was very pleased.
