Lefty was one of the last of the Greatest Generation to leave us.

Baby Boomers like myself really got a lot of help from Lefty.

As a teenage I read his articles on all types of fishing, sometime co-authored with Mark Sosin.

Lefty had a long unbelievable life so this should also be a celebration.

Well that’s both good and sad at the same time. Always sad to see an ambassador like him go, but glad that it sounded like he was still fairly active till right before the end. I think for a lot us that’s a far better ending than a lot of people get. So long and farewell Lefty
