    I wonder if the plan is to keep it this high. Or just for a few days?

    That depends on the weather but as a general rule, once the flows start increasing in the winter or decreasing in the summer, they seldom go in the opposite direction... and with Folsom Lake at 62% full at the onset of winter, there aint nowhere for Folsom Lake's level and AR's flows to go but up... I can almost guarantee you the flows will NOT be going down until at least April and even then maybe not...

    Of course, if we have a dry December and January and return to drought mode... then the flows out of Folsom would have to come down to conserve for 2018's water supply but I think (knock on wood) we're out of the drought so this scenario is doubtful.
