High flows below New Hogan Reservoir!

Anyone have any idea on the releases below New Hogan Reservoir?

I know a lot of native fish below the dam and that the farming irrigation season should be over, but now they have water coming out really bad and most of what they catch is rainwater runoff, not much snow-melt from that area.

I looked at the 3 year history and this is a first!!!
