Feather River Low Flow Boat Launch

I'm thinking about floating the Feather Low-Flow section in my driftboat in the near future. Bill's posts are starting to get me thinking that its about time to give it a try. I hear that the Riverbend Park boat launch got trashed in the high water this winter and it is not open/functional. That's my usual starting point so I'm wondering where else to go.

Does anyone know where there is good access close to Oroville to launch a boat? I've got 4WD and a torsion bar axle on the trailer so a solid gravel bar works fine. Maybe in the Wildlife area somewhere?

Riverbend Park boat launch is open and functioning just fine. I floated the low flow about a week or so ago with a fellow guide.
